To report a claim, call the Indiana Insurance ANYTIME Claims Service™ at 1-800-279-7221 (toll-free) anytime, anywhere. A trained customer service representative will take the claim information and begin processing it immediately, regardless of the time of day. You may also fax your claim to 1-800-854-4593 or email it to: IndianaIns-NewLoss@Indiana-Ins.com

After reporting your claim to the Indiana Insurance ANYTIME Claims Service™, a claims representative will contact you to discuss your loss. If you suffer a severe loss — one that involves death or hospitalization, or that makes your place of business uninhabitable — we will contact you that same day.

Claims EFT Enrollment

By signing up for our Claims Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Program, you can have your claim payments directly deposited into your bank account through EFT at your financial institution.
